Annapolis council will alternate meeting focus, legislation in one session followed by public comment in another

Annapolis City Council meetings will look somewhat different moving forward. The council passed O-5-20 Monday, which reorganizes meeting agendas to prioritize legislative actions during the first meeting of the month and public hearings and ceremonial items during the second. The bill passed 7-2 and takes effect immediately.
