Bowie City Council approves $200,000 to train small businesses as they reopen amid coronavirus, direct grants voted down

The Bowie City Council approved Monday $200,000 to the Bowie Business Innovation Center and Greater Bowie Chamber of Commerce to help small business owners find funding and adapt as they recover from the coronavirus pandemic.
