Extreme Family Outreach keeps delivering ‘Scooby Doo’ lessons and smiles to Harford’s underserved neighborhoods

The Gambrills’ nonprofit organization, Extreme Family Outreach is still hosting a variety programs and services for children and families in Harford County’s underserved areas during the coronavirus pandemic, just as it has for the past 16 years.
