A decision about defaced Lothian Confederate monument will take time, church rector says

After the statue of Private Benjamin Welch Owens was defaced this week, a decision about its fate could take time as the church's leadership must approve its removal, said Mt. Calvary Anglican Church Rector R.H. Tregenza.
