Olivia Borkowski-Johnson of Bel Air High School won the Special Prize in Historic Preservation, Senior Division, at the 2020 Maryland History Day competition for her website entitled, "Maritime Heroes of Liberty Ships: Breaking Barriers on Land and Sea."
