Baltimore prosecutors clear 13 officers who fired 147 rounds in fatal shooting of an armed man

Baltimore prosecutors have cleared 13 police officers of criminal wrongdoing in a fatal shooting last year in which 147 rounds were fired at a man who they say pointed a weapon at police two days after firing at an officer.
