Board of Ed election: Joanna Bache Tobin leads District 6, Corine Frank leads District 3; top two from districts move on to general election

In an unusual day for primaries, in which people mailed in ballots or went to the polls in masks all in an effort to decrease the spread of coronavirus, the tentative election results had filed in by late Tuesday night.
