Baltimore Police: Manhunt underway for suspect who shot officer in Federal Hill, used carjacking to escape

A policeman was shot Tuesday night in the 1000 block of Light Street in Federal Hill and taken to Shock Trauma and there’s a manhunt underway for the suspect, Baltimore Police Commissioner Michael Harrison said.
