Pittman’s comments came after a weekend of visitors to Annapolis who were not observing social distancing or wearing masks. On Friday, Annapolis Mayor Gavin Buckley announced the city would deviate somewhat from the county in how it would handle the first phase of reopening, allowing retail businesses to serve one customer at a time.
