Perry Hall man arrested after injuring child with ‘sharp force’ object and fighting with police, officials say

An 11-year-old boy and Baltimore County police officer are being treated for injuries after a Perry Hall man attacked the boy with with a “sharp force” object Tuesday morning and fought with arriving officers, police said.
